We at MRIL, not only focus on the betterment of the work culture for our employees but also aim to give back to the society. For us, the growth of business goes hand in hand with the social responsibilities. Our company, which excels in building a brighter future for the country also works hard to bring about a positive transformation in the society through its CSR activities. MRIL started with the Mahendra Foundation as a part of its CSR initiative on 11th April 2015. Concentrating on the various societal problems, our foundation has worked towards providing education, helping senior citizens and promoting environment-friendly vehicles.
We aim to reach out to various neglected groups of the country by helping them in any way we can. Here is a brief about our executed CSR activities since the Mahendra Foundation came into being.

• Provided free education to more than 20 underprivileged children
• Planned and executed recreational outings for senior citizens
• Introduced electric Platform cars at CST station to help the elderly/physically handicapped board trains at platforms effortlessly.
