MRIPL has to its credit the first successfully completed BOT Project of Maharashtra for Construction of commercial complex, admeasuring 75000 sq. ft. We were awarded by ‘Pen Municipal Council’, Pen for exclusive commercial “BOT” Project named “Center Point” at Maha Mumbai, now known as ‘Sharad Pawar Bhavan’.The Award has been given by Honorable Dy. Chief Minister of Mumbai Shri Ajit Pawar. We have a very prestigious commercial “BOT” project of 113000 Sq. Ft., at Panvel, Maha Mumbai for Alibag Zilla Parishad already started in Dec’ 2010.

A Build Operate Transfer (BOT) contract involves a private entity or builders constructing, operating, and transferring an infrastructure project to the government.
Build Operate Transfer contracts (bot contracts) work by allowing private entities to finance, build, and operate infrastructure projects, recouping their investment through operation before transferring ownership to the government.
The BOT and BOOT (Build Own Operate Transfer) model involves private entities/ builder owning and operating the infrastructure project, often with a longer period of operation before transfer.
