We were awarded by ‘Pen Municipal Council’, Pen for exclusive commercial “BOT” Project named “Center Point” at Maha Mumbai, now known as ‘Sharad Pawar Bhavan’.The Award has been given by Honorable Dy. Chief Minister of Mumbai Shri Ajit Pawar. We have a very prestigious commercial “BOT” project of 113000 Sq. Ft., at Panvel, Maha Mumbai for Alibag Zilla Parishad already started in Dec’ 2010.
